Before...

I promised some folks I would post some workouts to do… sorry I haven’t delivered until now!

Before...

It’s gorgeous out today so put on a sweater and head outside!

Warm-up:  Run for a little while (400m-ish).  Leg kicks (10 forwards, 10 backwards each leg – stretching out hammies and quads/hip flexors).  Arm circles (10 forward, 10 backward, 10 back and fronts).  10 air squats (chest up, butt back, weight on heels, push those knees out).  10 push ups (try to stay planked – no worming, chest to the floor or as close as you can get).

Skill:  Practice squats for a few minutes.  grab a broom stick and go over front, back and overhead squats.

WOD:  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.  Squats and Push ups.  (So, you do 10 squats, 10 push ups, 9 squats, 9 push ups, 8 squats, 8 push ups, etc.)  Time yourself and post your time to comments please!

Stretches:  pecs (doorway stretch), glutes (pull knee to chest while laying on the ground).
