Hey Folks!

All the gear is in!  We still need to assemble the pull up rig, and some stuff needs to find a home still, but it’s all looking amazing!  Can’t wait to use it to its’ full ability.

OnRamp WOD#2:

Warm-up!

Strength/Skill:

  • Press, Push Press, Push Jerk (everyones’ favourite)

WOD:

  • AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) 10 Minutes:
    • 10 Push Press, 10 walking lunges

Cool Down:

  • Stretches – Shoulder extension, Hip Flexors
  • Nutrition – Let’s fix lunch – cook a gigantic pot of chili on sunday and put it in tupperwares/pyrex containers for the first few days of the weeks’ lunches!  Stews, soups and other foods work too… I just really like chili.  Oh… and make it paleo chili – NO beans, just add more veggies and meat!
