Warm-up
Deadlift:
- 5-5-5-3-3-3
WOD:
- AMRAP 10 Minutes:
- 5 hang power snatch
- 10 sit ups
- 15 double unders
Cool down:
- Stretch – thoracic extension on the foam roller, forearm flexors
- Nutrition – You folks stocked up on Fish oil? I know you’re going to be trying you best to avoid those terribly sinful foods during the holidays – buffer some of that inflammation with some fish oil!
