Hey Folks!

Hope your week is going well and that your Christmas shopping is almost complete.  We’re getting closer! Keep your eyes peeled for CHristmas hours (to be posted in the near future)

OnRamp

Warm-up!

Strength/Skill:

  • Press, Push Press, Push Jerk (everyones’ favourite)

WOD:

  • AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) 10 Minutes:
    • 10 Push Press, 10 walking lunges

Cool Down:

  • Stretches – Shoulder extension, Hip Flexors
  • Nutrition – Let’s fix lunch – cook a gigantic pot of chili on sunday and put it in tupperwares/pyrex containers for the first few days of the weeks’ lunches!  Stews, soups and other foods work too… I just really like chili.  Oh… and make it paleo chili – NO beans, just add more veggies and meat!
