Hey Folks!
We’ve got a month until the Open – so it’s time to start being efficient with your warm-up and adding in some skills you want to work on… or working on your pull up progressions, etc. And let’s really start crushing those workouts – you guys are doing great with form so far, let’s keep it up and up the intensity!
Warm-Up
Weighted Pull-ups
• 5-5-5-3-3-3
* Do ten double-unders after each set.
For time:
•10-1 Box Jumps & burpees
e.g. 10 box jumps, 10 burpees, 9 box jumps, 9 burpees, etc.
Stretch:
• Quads & Pecs
Stabilize:
• Plank & Side Planks – 1 minute each
