Warm-Up
Overhead Squat
• 3-3-3-1-1-1
For time:
• 30 Ground to Overhead
• Every minute on the minute perform 4 burpees
Stretch:
• Shoulder flexion & Glutes
Stabilize:
Posterior chain – single leg bridges (3×12, for each leg)
