A photo from this weekend – dr. Baxter and myself. He dished out some great knowledge about the bodies requirement for movement so that it can express health.
I’m back! Weekend was awesome and I’m super excited to get lots of stuff incorporated in both my chiro practice and at the gym!
I trust you all had fun with Drew and that he dished out stellar coaching and killer wods (he always does).
