Awesome work today – There will be some sore low backs over the next 36 hours. This is OK. Multifidus doesn’t get worked a lot and your low back will thank you in a couple weeks when life is easier in every way :)
Warm Up
Fool around with some mobility stuff or strength stuff (depending on where you’re at with your training) for a little bit
For time: 10-1
Box Jumps, Ring Rows, Lunges, Push ups
Stretch – Hip flexors & Pecs
