Warm Up
Front Squat 5-5-5-3-3-3
Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes (or as long as you last, and then try to keep up):
1 power snatch
2 over head squats
3 snatch grip deadlift
* use a weight that will be challenging, but hopefully achievable
Stretch – Lats/Rhombiods & Quads/Psoas
