Some awesome Deadlifts have occurred today. I think collectively we managed to lift multiple thousands of pounds. Keep it up!

• 3 attempts for max length broad jump
• 15 Cartwheels in each direction
• 10 lengths of the gym with the heaviest KBs you can hold in each
