Hope everyone had an awesome weekend! I watched some great athletes this weekend at element – I can definitely see some crossfit suds athletes there next year!

Some changes are in store for the future regarding hours and class designations (OnRamp versus CrossFit classes). Keep your eyes peeled!

Warm up

Back Squat 3×5 (add 5 pounds to whatever you used last week)

3 rounds for time:
5 clean and jerks
20 backwards skips
400m run

Stretch – quads & hamstrings
