Hey Folks!

This guy (Drew) starts full time tomorrow! From 8am-12noon & 2pm-6pm, Drew will be running the gym! Everyone/anyone is welcome to attend while he’s there, so come on in and bring your friends! (note: tomorrow Drew won’t be in until 10am).

Great weekend – in a way, I’m glad it was quiet… It means you were all out enjoying the weather and the long weekend! Good break, time to hit the wods hard and enjoy the short week!
