It was super hot out today! NOT my favourite. But I think the super hot days will be few and far between. Keep up the good work on pretty much everything. It’s nice seeing you guys crush so hard.

Warm up
Snatch practice – single snatches. Get LOW this week. That probably means going light. Get way down there and try to used to catching the bar lower than usual.
10 Rounds:
1 Hang squat snatch
8 burpees
Stretch – lats/rhomboids & hamstrings
