Great work on today’s WOD! We had a huge group at 6am and it was super fun, i love having the new faces in the gym!

This week is our threes week and then next week is 1 rep max week! Get excited and crush everything this week!

Warm up

Deadlift 3×3

AMRAP 12 minutes:
4 front squats
8 pull ups
12 double unders

Stretch – glutes & shoulders
