That was a super fun WOD!  Tough, but not too tough.  We’re almost through the “fitness test” wods too!  Shout out to Kristen for crushing an 80″ broad jump.  Hell yeah.  Keep up the great work everyone!

Warm Up

Snatch grip deadlift 3×5

3 Rounds for reps:

  • 1 minute box jumps
  • 1 minute plank
  • 1 minute push press
  • 1 minute abmat situps

Stretch – quads & shoulder internal rotation
