Hey Folks!

Holy moly I need to program more Tabata WODs.  There were some mean faces out there today.  Glad to see you all crushing it though!  And don’t worry if your pullups decreased in towards the end, mine went from 12 to 6… it’s always hard, you just get better at it.

Next Monday night we’re going to be doing a little filming for a short CrossFit film at the gym and we need a couple people to workout in the background.  Let me know if you’re interested.  Sorry in advance if I end up inconveniencing anyone by shutting down the gym otherwise during that time.
