Nice to see some PRs today on that wod (even if they were only by a few seconds!)

Starting tomorrow night I’m gone for yet another weekend! But by now you guys know and love Mike and Drew – they’ll be around to coach you all through some awesome PRs. Eric is also going to be starting coaching at the gym in the near future – So feel free to ask him for help or any questions you might have.

Warm up

Jerk 3×5 @ 80% of your max (if you don’t have a jerk number, use your clean max)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box
10 Ring dips

Stretch – Quads/Psoas & Calves
