Hey Folks!
Killer team/competition WOD today – you guys did a lot of sled dragging and running. It looked like a good time! You’ll know when you use your glutes for the next couple days :)
We’re less than a week away from the Catalyst Games! I’m super psyched to get out there and have some fun! Lucas (who you may have seen in the gym front squatting heavy and box jumping like a champ with his buddy Paul) is competing in the individual division too! Now we’ll have someone to cheer along outside the team competition!
News! Yoga is going to be on this coming Thursday night at 8:15! Come on out for a pre-bedtime stretch session – It’s the perfect way to end your day!
Warm up
Back Squat 3×3 (heavier than last week – it’s two less reps!)
5 Rounds for time:
10 lunges
10 abmat sit up wall ball toss (Sit up and throw the wall ball against the wall – catch it and do another sit up!)
Stretch – Glutes & Hamstrings
