Great work on the squats today!  It was nice seeing some people PR for multiple reps today!

We’re back to normal hours!  Yoga is going to get sorted out tomorrow.  I’ll post here and on the facebook page, so stay tuned!

10 Overhead walking lunges
10 Ring rows
10 box step ups with the weight you’re overhead lunging

Stretch – Glutes & Rhomboid/Lats
