Great work on the snatches today! Really work on pulling yourself DOWN under the bar versus pressing the bar out at the top. That’ll make the difference later on! Nice to see some PRs today though! Lots of new faces around the gym too! Which is nice :)

Our gym is different too – But don’t drop kettlebells in our gym, it beats up the floor and makes me sad.
Warm up
Deadlift 3×3 (heavier than last week, might even be a PR!)
For time:
50 burpees
150 Double unders
* Every minute on the minute you have to stop to perform 2 Overhead Squats (135#/95#)
Stretch – Hamstrings, Shoulders & Foam roll a bit (glutes, hamstrings, calves, low back, etc.)
