Nice back squats today – I feel like it’s been way too long since I’ve seen you all with a barbell on your back!

Reminders:

We are closed after 6pm on Friday.

We are OPEN Saturday, Sunday AND Monday, 9AM-11AM. Big thanks to Mike Laporte, (the guy who may have coached you to a back squat PR over the summer) for opening the gym while he’s home for thanksgiving. Make sure to say thanks too :)

Hoodies are going to be ordered soon – Let me know if you’ll be buying one. I think they’ll be around $50 each… we’ll see! (Let me know your unisex size too)

Press 2 sets of 5 @ 65%, 2 sets of 3 @ 75%, 2 sets of 1 @ 90%

30 double unders
