Great work on the Snatch today!  There weren’t as many PRs as I had hoped, but there still were some! :)

Back Squat
5×1 rep @ 70%, rest 30 seconds*
4×1 rep @ 75%, rest 45 seconds*
3×1 rep @ 80%, rest 60 seconds*
*Between each rep

3 Rounds for time:
25 Kettlebell swings
25 Jumping squats
50 Double Unders

Stretch – Glutes & Hamstrings
