Next weekend will mark CrossFit Sudbury’s 1 year anniversary of being open! Pretty awesome and it was an amazing year – We’ll be celebrating all weekend long with an epic workout and some fun here and there – We’re looking forward to sharing it with you!
Great work this week – You guys have been working your hearts out and I love seeing it. PRs every DAY homie! hahaha

Warm up
Deadlift 3 sets of 1 @ 80%, 3 sets of 1 @ 85%, 3 sets of 1 at 90%
* Rest 2 minutes between each rep
Almost “Cindy” – 15 Minute AMRAP
1 Clean and Jerk
1 Round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
Stretch – T-spine & Hamstrings
