This Friday will be the 1 year anniversary of CrossFit Sudbury – the workout will be epic… Plan accordingly ;)
Warm up
9 sets:
1 clean (@75%) with a 3 second pause in the bottom + Jerk
* 1 minute rest between sets
5 rounds:
5 deadlifts
10 kettlebell swings
15 box jumps
1 minute rest
Stretch – glutes & quads/psoas
