Beauty Back squats today! They looked exactly how I wanted them to. Challenging, but do-able.
This Saturday – Potluck after the WOD at the gym. In the mid day hours (1-4pm, 2-5pm somewhere in there). Write down on the whiteboard what you’re going to bring please! Julie has been gracious enough to offer up her place for us all to meet up – I’ll let you know the address on an as needed basis.
Also, put your sweater size on the white board if you want one! We’re doing zip ups and they’re sex-specific – keep that in mind.
Warm up
Overhead Squat:
3 sets of 3 @ 75%
2 sets of 2 @ 80%
2 sets of 1 @ 90%
10 minute AMRAP:
1 Handstand Push up (from a deficit, if possible)
1 Deadlift @ 80%
2 Handstand Push up (from a deficit, if possible)
2 Deadlift @ 80%
3 Handstand Push up (from a deficit, if possible)
3 Deadlift @ 80%
Stretch – Hamstrings & Shoulders
