High hang squat snatch
5 sets of 2 @ 80% with a 1 second pause at the bottom
* Rest 3 minutes between sets
5 Rounds for time:
10 burpee jump over box
10 kettle bell swings
30 second rest
Stretch – Glutes & Quads/Psoas
