Hey Folks!

I assume  you all did great in the gym today, but I wasn’t there :) Which was nice for a change (although I kind of missed being in the gym).  Don’t despair though, I’ll be in the gym all day tomorrow and all weekend – so exciting!  hahah.

Warm up

Not for time:
5 muscle snatch, rest 10 seconds, 5 muscle snatch, rest 10 seconds, 5 muscle snatch – empty bar
10 band pulls – concentrate on letting the scapulae travel forward, and pull them back and pinch them together at the end.
10 press – empty bar

For time:
50 double unders
10 air squats
40 double unders
10 air squats
30 double unders
10 air squats
20 double unders
10 air squats
10 double unders
10 air squats

Stretch – Lats/Rhomboids, & Shoulders
