30 Second squat hold with ankle dorsiflexion bias
30 second T spine extension
Clean & Jerk 5×2 @ a moderate weight
DT – 5 Rounds for time:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang power cleans
6 Push jerks
Stretch – Glutes & Pecs
