I forgot to post the WOD last night!  I know… I’m a bad person, hahah.

There are some cancellations in the schedule – make sure you check it out to make sure you won’t be coming in during a cancelled class – I’ll feel like a jerk if you try to come in when I’m not there, but you can’t say I didn’t warn you!

Warm up

Not for time – 2 rounds:
30 second plank, 30 seconds of Bird-Dogging

Press 3×10 @50%

10 Minute AMRAP:
10 Push press (at the 50% press weight)
10 walking lunges
10 Slam ball

Stretch – Shoulders & Pecs
