Hope you all had a good and regenerating weekend because it’s 1 REP MAX week! :)   Yay!

In other news:

  • I have shoes for some people – come get them – you owe me $70 flat for them
  • T shirts and Sweatshirts are coming in this week.  Sweatshirts are $45 and T shirts are $25.  Give me money if you’d like to reserve your clothing.  :) Make sure you let me know what size you want me to put aside.  They should be in on Wednesday or Thursday.

Back Squat 1RM

2 Rounds for time:
25 Lunges
25 Slam balls
25 Double unders
