Hey Folks!

Great work on the mental test that was todays workout, that was pretty intense to watch – I felt a little bit bad… but not a lot bad. Next time you have to do 25 thrusters you’ll think, “pffff, 25 is nothing!”

The cookie exchange was a success, I’m very excited to eat some sweets that won’t lay me out for a day or two as well as to share them with family and friends. THanks to everyone again!

Not for time – 2 rounds:
10 lunges, 5 jumping squats, 30 second hollow rock

Back Squat 3×5 @75%

For time:
50 burpees
40 sit ups
30 KB swings
20 pull ups
10 Handstand push ups

Stretch – Pecs, Calves and Quads/Psoas
