Nice deadlifts today – they looked like fun – nice to see some people PRing on the WOD and others lifting heavier weights sans problems.

2 rounds – foam roll:  Quads, Hamstrings, IT bands, calves, T-spine.  30 second squat hold.  10 Dislocates & 10 reverse dislocates
