2 rounds – 10 dislocates & reverse dislocates, T spine 30 seconds. Burgener warm up

Snatch 5×2, Heavy. ~2 minutes rest between sets.

5 rounds for time:
5 power snatch (95#/65#)
10 overhead squats (95#/65#)
20 double unders

Stretch – forearms, Quads & Calves
