Hey Folks!
Beauty PRs today! Nice to see some people PR by 15+ pounds – there were some seriously fast elbows out there. Great seeing lots of familiar faces in the gym today – great to have you all back! Let’s buckle down and train like champions – the open approaches quickly!
The biggest loser has CrossFit on it tonight – it may be on right now, I’m not sure, I don’t have cable. I hope to god they don’t make it look like “super extreme mega training!” and make it look like what it is, intelligently programmed, well coached strength and conditioning. One of those options sounds more appealing to reality TV though.
It seems there are lots of “pretenders” popping up that look to benefit off using the name CrossFit or something similar in their advertisements. Keep in mind, and don’t be afraid to let friends know that we are the ONLY CrossFit gym in town. Be proud! :) I’ll be elaborating my thoughts on this subject at some point in the future.
Yoga is back on regularly now! Lisa is making Folks stretchy! Get out and get those hips and shoulders loosened up… It’ll change your life!
