Hey Folks!

Beauty WOD today. I hope you guys had a great time while Eric and Katie told you to work harder (in the nicest of ways, of course). You guys keep it up, this week has more fun up its’ sleeve!

We have some big news coming up shortly (which you may have already heard rumblings about), AND only a few more days until Overdose! It’s confirmed…. there will be a pool involved in one of the WODs. Sounds good to me!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 reverse dislocates, 30 second squat hold, 5 push ups plus

Max Pullups – 2 attempts (if you think you can beat your first attempt)

Rowing “Helen”:
3 rounds for time:
500m Row
21 Kettlebell Swings
12 Pull ups

Stretch – Glutes, Quads/Psoas & forearm flexors
