Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 overhead squats, 30 second T-spine, 30 second squat hold with ankle dorsiflexion bias.

Olympic Total

work up to 3 attempts at a max single Snatch

work up to 3 attempts at a max single Clean & Jerk

Stretch – Glutes, Pecs & Lats/Rhomboids
