“Deceptive” WOD today, I hear. Yup… walking around with a kettlebell doesn’t seem too tough… But I let you know a secret, what were you doing today? Moving weights around. What is the gym doing later this month? Moving. I’m training you to move our gym. Hahahah! Well not really, but it sounds believable. Great work today Everyone!

Warm up

2 Rounds – T-Spine 30 seconds, Bird Dog 30 seconds, 10 dislocates, 10 walking lunges

3 Position Clean (deck, hang, high-hang) – 20 Minutes to work up to a heavy single

21-15-9 for time of:
Box Jumps
Pull ups
*30 second plank before each round!

Stretch – Rhomboids/Lats & Foam roll – Quads & IT Bands
