Hey Folks!

Great work on the Cleans today – PRs! Some PR’d their cleans from the floor AND from the hang – pretty darn awesome.

There have been some wicked T shirt submissions too – If there are more on the fence about sending them in, don’t hesitate! Send them in and let’s see what everyone likes :)

Be careful in the parking lot! The sump pump in the gym has decided to start pumping out water fairly regularly – which seems to be similar to a zamboni going over the back parking lot. Watch your step!
