Good work today on what looked like a fun WOD. The new gym is a work in progress! It’s going to be beautiful :)
In case you haven’t met any of our interns, Bud, Alicia and Erica will be in the gym every so often to help out with explaining lifts, providing queues, and coaching you through the wods. I’m grateful and very excited to have so many great minds in the gym so frequently!
Warm up
2 rounds – 10 push up plus, 10 dislocates, 10 band pulls, 10 squats
Power clean 2-2-2-2-2. *increasing weight each round
2 rounds for time:
50 air squats
25 ring rows
Stretch – quads/Psoas, pecs & bicipital tendons
