Hey Folks!

Great work on todays WOD – it was FAST. You guys did great – just 3 weeks away from the open – 2 more hard weeks and then deload week :)

The new gym is coming along nicely, we should be getting a little more work done this weekend and we’ll be that much closer to being ready. I’m very excited to offer such a great place to you guys – and you definitely deserve it. Now the awesome people and awesome equipment have an equally awesome venue to workout in. With no disrespect to the current place – it’s been unbelievable and I wouldn’t have been able to start this community with out it. For all those at the current gym – make sure you sign the frame with the pic of the old place in it – nostalgia at the new place!
