Hey Folks!

Great work on todays WOD – it WAS a beauty. It seemed odd to get so many compliments on a WOD… I’m starting to wonder what’s wrong with my other wods? hahah.

Tonight at 8pm the first open wod will be posted! Very exciting. I’m sure it’ll be lots of fun to do and will help push us along in our training!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 band pulls, 10 squats, 30 second hollow rock, 30 second superman hold

Accumulate 5 Minutes upside down (handstand, pike position, etc.)

4 Rounds for time:
20 Kettlebell swings
20 Slam balls

Stretch – Glutes, T-spine & Lats/Rhomboids
