Hey Folks!

What an awesome weekend!  Snatch PRs left right and centre, inspiring performances and lots of high fives and good laughs shared all week(end) long.  Man I love our gym.

This week is going to continue to be similar to last week, we’re trying to get some decent strength gains while not wrecking ourselves for the open WOD.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 50 skips, 1 minute internal rotation stretch, 1 minute T-spine stretch

Back Squat 3×5 @75%

For time:
1000m Row
40 lunges
20 pull ups

Stretch – Quads/Psoas, Glutes & Pecs
