Great work on todays WOD – not a lot of moving parts, but a challenging WOD indeed.

Tonight (Wednesday), 13.2 will be released. I’m going to program it on Friday again, but if you’d like to do it on Thursday, you’re more than welcome.

If you’re planning on doing the Open WOD Thursday, then don’t crush tomorrows workout. Still do it, but at like 80% effort or so.

Warm up

2 Rounds – Forearm flexor stretch 30 seconds, 30 second squat hold, 10 tuck jumps, 10 Good Mornings

Clean 2-2-1-1-1-1

10 Minute AMRAP:
5 Hang power Snatch
10 push ups
15 Box Jumps

Stretch – Pecs, Quads/Psoas & forearms
