Hey Folks

It was another amazing weekend of great performances and even better energy in the gym!  So cool seeing people push that little extra bit to get in more reps to people encouraging them on.  Sometimes it’s even people they’ve just met, and yet they’re cheering them on like they’re great friends – what other sport do you cheer on your “competition” in?

The weather is going to start improving which means running wods are only a month to 2 months away.  Prepare yourselves mentally, haha, it’s coming.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 overhead squats, spiderman lunges 4/leg, 5-10 presses (empty bar)

Snatch 5×3 @70-80%

5 Rounds for time:
5 Back squats @60%
10 Hand Release Push ups

Stretch – Pecs, Calves & Hamstrings
