Hey Folks!

Todays WOD was great for getting a good workout in without ruining ourselves!  haha Yay!

Open wod 13.5 looks… awesome?  awesomely painful?  I will say I’m tired of the Fran variants… Even if Fran is a really well programmed workout.  Let’s giver!  WHO will make it into the second “round”?  Should be pretty fun to watch!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 30 second squat hold, 5 kettlebell/suitcase deadlift per side, 5 kettlebell presses per side, 30 second plank

Back Squat 3×5  @70%

10 Minute AMRAP:
Farmers Carry 2 lengths of the gym
15 Kettlebell swings

Stretch – Glutes & Hamstrings
Foam Roll – Quads
