The first running WOD of the year is in the books. Awesome times and some smiling faces, despite running outside in the zero degree weather!
Programming is going to continue along the “every _ minutes for _ minutes” vein. I hope you’re cool with that, because I am!
Warm up
2 Rounds –
E2M-10 (every 2 minutes for 10 minutes) 5 Presses at 60%
For time:
50 box jumps (8″/6″)
40 pull ups
30 Front Squats (75/53)
20 Burpees
10 Thrusters (75/53)
Stretch – Shoulders (internal rotation, flexion)
LaX ball Smash – Glutes
