Great weekend in the gym!  So nice to have some new faces mixed in with the existing members!

The CrossFit Sudbury Weightlifting Club begins tonight!  Drop in fee of $10/night or the whole month for $50 for members and $100 for New members.  Come on out and do some lifting :)

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 push up plus, 10 band pulls, 15 air squats

E1M-10 (Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes):
1 Snatch @80%

5 Rounds for time:
5 Back squats
25 Double unders

Stretch – Quads/Psoas, Glutes, T-Spine
