Hey Folks!

Great work today!  I’m keeping that workout in my back pocket… it was a good one.  The weightlifting club was awesome tonight!  So great seeing peoples form getting cleaned up – the right cue at the right time can make all the difference in the world.  Audrey and Chloe crushed some awesome back squats too!

A nice old-school CrossFit Video to watch.  I used to watch all these and then figure out if I a) had the equipment to do it, and b) could actually physically do it, haha.

Warm up

2 Rounds – Bear crawl 1 length, 5 inch worms, 10 tuck jumps, 10 dislocates

E1M-10 (Every Minute on the Minute):
2 Presses @ 80%

10 Minute AMRAP:
10 Pull ups
20 Push ups
30 Squats

Stretch – Calves
Foam Roll – Quads, Glutes & T-Spine
