Hey Folks!

Awesome work today on pseudo-Jackie!  I will say it was far more approachable, mentally, than normal Jackie.

It’s crazy seeing how far CrossFit has come (just watched the behind the scenes of the open, with people getting professional shaves, fans everywhere going crazy, etc.), versus where it used to be… Gotta love both though!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 reverse dislocates, 30 second squat hold, 10 deep lunges, foam roll 2 minutes

For time:
50 burpees
50 slam balls
50 kettlebell swings
50 sit ups
50 air squats
50 double unders

Mobility:
Stretch – quads/psoas, calves, lats/rhomboids
LaX Ball – glut med, rotator cuff muscles, pecs
