Warm up
2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 reverse dislocates, 10 squats, 10 band pulls, 10 hops
E2M-10 (every 2 minutes for 10 minutes):
3 position Snatch (1 – floor, 2 – hang, 3 – high hang) @65-75%
5 Rounds for time:
3 Power Clean
9 Push ups
15 Squats
Mobility:
Stretch – Calves, Hamstrings
LaX Ball – Rotator cuff muscles, traps
